Blume Law Firm, P.C. was established as a law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota on the 24th of July, 1991 and was incorporated as a professional corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota. The practice began by focusing on small business representation, probate and real estate matters.

In May of 1993 the firm moved to Phoenix, Arizona. At that time, it became a specialized law firm concentrating on corporate services, commercial transactions, and commercial litigation matters. The firm represents public and private companies in a variety of corporate areas. The firm handles commercial litigation on matters related to contracts, employees, non-compete agreements and general commercial matters. The firm's client base includes a variety of individuals and entities throughout the United States and Canada. The current staff includes two full-time and one part-time employee.
